15-Minute Cardio is a challenging and effective high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to increase strength and cardiovascular fitness as well as maximize calorie burn.

Join certified personal trainer JT Ojerio as she pushes you through a variety of bodyweight exercises that blast all major muscle groups for an intense full body workout. This class starts off with a brief warm-up, followed by two six-minute rounds of 30-second increments, and ends with a short cool down.  

To maximize your workout, JT combines basic strength exercises like squats and pushups with quick bursts of cardio like burpees and mountain climbers - great for when you don't have much time but want to get your sweat on.
